We want you to love your skincare. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Email hello@jconaturals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with next steps. Please do not send products back before hearing from us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming your request.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
