Every J.Co Naturals product is used in Jen's treatment room, so the line you shop is the same professional skincare she relies on with her own clients. It is a small, made-in-Canada range built around effective products and simple routines. You can read the full story on our About page.
Most of our products are gentle enough for all skin types, and every product page lists who it is best for. A few actives, like the VitAFix retinol cream and the exfoliating Vine Dew mist, are best introduced slowly. As with any new skincare, we recommend a patch test first, and checking with your skincare professional if you have a specific concern.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days across Canada. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and free on orders over $150.
Store your products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and keep the lids closed between uses. This matters most for active formulas like the Vitamin C Serum and VitAFix retinol cream, which stay effective longest when kept away from heat and light.
